Job summary

Chase Medical is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager in the Doncaster area to oversee a growing domiciliary care service. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, quality assurance and strategic growth, leading a care team and ensuring consistent delivery of person-centred care.

The role offers progression into regional and operations management, with a clear salary progression and a bonus scheme. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and developing care teams.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care standards.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and opportunity spotting in domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the care team.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care.
• Oversee CQC compliance, policies and quality standards.
• Manage recruitment, inductions, supervisions and appraisals.
• Ensure care plans reflect individual needs and reviewed regularly.
• Manage rotas and ensure timely care calls.
