Job summary

Leisure Opportunities is recruiting a Swim Manager for dual sites: Henbury Leisure Centre and Bristol South Swimming Pool. This full-time role oversees the delivery of the swim lesson programme and aquatic strategy to users of all ages. You will lead a team of swim teachers, maintain a balanced timetable and ensure high-quality lessons while embracing the company values.

The role includes working flexible days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Closing date 31 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Relevant National Governing Body qualifications.
• A DBS Check (we’ll sort this before you start)
