Job summary

Insurtech Insights in London is seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling delegate passes for our international conferences. You will engage senior professionals, manage a high-volume outreach, and own your pipeline.

The role offers structured training, uncapped earning potential, and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team in Victoria. Start date is as soon as possible, and you will be based at the WeWork office in Victoria, London.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Outbound activity with persistence to overcome objections.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Ownership of targets, pipeline, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by reaching out to prospective delegates and converting them into paying attendees.
• Own ambitious monthly revenue targets and work to exceed them.
• Execute high-volume outreach with 60+ calls per day.
• Manage your pipeline from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close.
• Become an expert on our conferences, audiences and industries to sell with confidence.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and conference teams to improve campaigns.
