Job summary

MinsterFB is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to create, maintain, and optimise Amazon product listings across the UK and international marketplaces. You will gather product information for launches and manage listings through the Amazon process to improve visibility and conversion.

The role offers hybrid working with an office in Southwell, a four-week in-office induction, and potential four weeks remote per year.

Qualifications

• Curious and proactive, willing to ask questions to understand challenges and solve problems.
• Action oriented, with the ability to get things done using the knowledge and tools provided.
• Clear and direct in communication.
• Able to work independently and manage their own workload.
• Confident using PowerPoint, Word, and especially Excel.
• Strong in both written and verbal communication.
• Numerate and analytically capable.

Responsibilities

• Create new product lines and enhance the digital shelf through text and image optimisation.
• Identify and resolve product setup issues.
• Troubleshoot when products are not available for sale.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve listing performance.
• Support wider business needs as required.
