In this role, you will develop and refine listings to improve visibility and conversion across the UK and international marketplaces. You will gather and organise product information for new launches, manage listings through the Amazon process, and continuously enhance their look, feel, and performance for customers **Key Responsibilities** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Creating new product lines and enhancing the digital shelf through text and image optimisation * Identifying and resolving product setup issues * Troubleshooting when products are not available for sale * Conducting A/B tests to improve listing performance * Supporting wider business needs as required This vacancy has arisen due to internal promotions. **Desired Skills** We are looking for someone who is: * Curious and proactive, willing to ask questions to understand challenges and solve problems * Action‐oriented, with the ability to get things done using the knowledge and tools provided * Clear and direct in communication * Able to work independently and manage their own workload * Confident using PowerPoint, Word, and especially Excel * Strong in both written and verbal communication * Numerate and analytically capable **Desired Qualifications** * Ideally educated to degree level with evidence of strong mathematical ability and an interest in online/IT fields * Non‐graduates will also be considered if you can demonstrate success in a similar environment **Location & Working Arrangements** This is an office‐based role in our Southwell location for a minimum of two days per week. Hybrid working is supported through Zoom and Microsoft Teams, but face‐to‐face interaction is an important part of our culture. For the first four weeks, you will be required in the office every day to meet the team and familiarise yourself with the business.
