Job summary

King Edward's School, Bath, in Bath, seeks an enthusiastic Alumni Relations Officer to strengthen relationships with the alumni community through engaging communications, events and volunteering opportunities, while supporting the wider aims of the Development Office.

The role requires excellent communication, event planning, CRM use and data analysis, with a proactive, discreet approach and the ability to collaborate across teams. Some evenings and weekend work may be required.

  • Confident using CRM databases and analysing data.
  • Strong IT, organisational and administrative skills.
  • A proactive, accurate and collaborative approach.

Alumni Relations Officer

Reporting To: Alison Heyes-Development Director

Compensation: £30,616 - £32,619 / year

Description

Permanent, full-time (or part time 0.8, 29.6 hours per week)

37 hours per week (08.30-4.30 Monday-Thursday, 08.30-4.00 Friday) plus occasional evenings & weekend days
52 weeks per year

Working pattern to be discussed at interview
Interviews to be held 14th & 15th October

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Alumni Relations Officer to strengthen relationships with our alumni community through engaging communications, events and volunteering opportunities, while supporting the wider aims of the Development Office.
