TeacherActive Limited. in Mansfield area is seeking an Alternative Provision Teacher for a full-time role with immediate start and potential permanent placement. You will plan and deliver differentiated lessons to students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour, building confidence and positive relationships to support academic progress.

The position offers a supportive team and pays at market rates, with opportunities for CPD and career progression. QTS is desirable but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Desirable.
• Experience teaching children or young people in an educational setting.
• Experience with students with challenging behaviour, SEMH or additional needs.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Patient, resilient and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
