TeacherActive is seeking an enthusiastic Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant in the Mansfield area to support students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. This full-time role offers a temporary-to-permanent pathway and immediate start.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, helping to manage behaviour, boost engagement and support social and emotional development throughout the school day. The role provides market-leading pay and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with children or young people within education, care or support settings.
• Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH or additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their goals.

Responsabilités
