King's Academy Ringmer is launching a new Alternative Provision for students who need help re-engaging with learning, reporting directly to the senior leadership team. The role centres on shaping the curriculum, leading personal development and creating a calm, highly structured setting where pupils rebuild confidence and secure literacy and numeracy.

The post suits a QTS-qualified teacher with restorative and de-escalation skills and deep SEND knowledge.

Qualifications

• QTS is required to teach in the UK system.
• Experience planning and delivering lessons that challenge all abilities.
• Ability to use assessment to inform teaching and improve outcomes.
