Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Llanelli is seeking compassionate and resilient individuals to support pupils with ALN, ASC, ADHD and other needs within a specialist education setting. This role offers a rewarding path to make a real difference.

No prior school experience is required; full training provided. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, help pupils build confidence and social skills, and support learning inside and outside the classroom. £14.25 per hour paid weekly via PAYE.

Qualifications

• A positive and patient attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with children, young people or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS
• Ability to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare
