Teaching Personnel, in partnership with a specialist school in Neath, is seeking a Full‑Time ALN Teaching Assistant for the 2026-2027 academic year. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, help with emotional regulation, and assist with frame learning across curricula.
This role is term-time only with no weekends and holidays off. The school focuses on ASC, SEMH, challenging behaviour, and communication needs, offering a nurturing, structured environment with dedicated consultant
