Community Gateway are seeking an Allocations Officer based in Preston to manage void property allocations and deliver a high quality customer experience. You will assess initial applications, visit properties and allocate tenants to suitable homes, with a focus on tenancy sustainability and long-term tenancies.

As an Allocations Officer, you will have the responsibility for the allocation of all void properties. You will ensure an excellent customer experience is provided, supporting customers from initial applicant assessment through to tenancy sign up.
You will carry out property visits and allocate customers to suitable properties, with a strong focus on tenancy sustainability and creating successful, long‑term tenancies. Working closely with customers and colleagues, you'll deliver a professional, efficient, and customer‑focused service.
