Community Gateway Association in Preston is seeking a Labourer to join our Asset Management team for 37 hours per week. You’ll support repair and maintenance across our 7,000 homes, travelling with a CGA van to job sites and assisting with waste disposal and material movement.
A full manual driving licence is required, along with health and safety awareness and basic IT skills for mobile job information. Prior similar-role experience is welcome.

£25,948.89 per annum (£13.45 per hour)

You’ll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won’t have to travel far. You’ll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
You will be responsible for supporting our repair and maintenance teams, helping to deliver an outstanding maintenance and repairs service to our customers. You will collect and dispose of waste materials and transport equipment and materials as required.
