Orbit Group is seeking an Allocations & Assessment Officer in Coventry, part-time (29 hours/week). You’ll manage end-to-end allocations and assessments to move homes quickly into occupied tenancy, balancing applicant needs with business priorities.
The role sits in a multi-disciplinary lettings team and requires strong customer focus and relationship-building skills. You’ll assess applicants, maintain accurate records, and work within housing law and Orbit policies to deliver positive outcomes
