Community Gateway Association is seeking an Allocations Administrator to join the Harbour House team in Preston. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a fixed-term contract for six months.
The role involves delivering administrative support across the allocations process and serving customers by phone and in person to ensure a high-quality service. You will be the frontline contact for customer enquiries and may support the Select Move Team as needed.
£26,552 per annum pro rata

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Allocations Team and deliver an excellent experience for our customers. As an Allocations Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support across all elements of the allocations process, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service. You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, both over the phone and in the office Reception, helping to create a positive customer journey from start to finish. The role also includes providing support and cover for our Select Move Team when required.
