Job summary

The Felix Project is seeking an Allocation & Logistics Coordinator to join our UK team. You will help process surplus food offers, coordinate with regional centres and transport partners, and support the Allocation & Logistics Officers to ensure on-time distribution to charities.

Ideal candidates will be organised, CSV-friendly with strong customer service and CRM/Office skills; hybrid working in London or Sheffield. Salary £25,000–£27,500 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/operations roles within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process offers of surplus food from partners to Regional Centres and community groups.
• Coordinate with FareShare suppliers, transport partners and Regional Centres.
• Maintain timely CRM records of accounts, allocations and offers.
• Provide excellent customer service to Network and Operations teams.
