Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust seeks two ESR / Allocate Optima Implementation Consultants to support a large-scale NHS project. Roles are fixed-term with potential for secondment, delivering implementation training and ongoing support across NLFT sites in London.

Postholders will report to the Programme Manager and work with executive teams to drive significant improvements in e-rostering and workforce management.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent experience (2 years).
• Previous healthcare experience.
• Experience with project documentation (action logs, highlight reports) and minute-taking.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to empower staff to tackle performance issues.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support the ESR/Allocate Optima project team to enable project aims.
• Deliver large scale training workshops and day-to-day implementation.
• Provide reports on project milestones and risks to Programme Manager.
• Coordinate with external providers and manage phase implementations.
• Provide day-to-day support to project areas.
• Promote best practices in e-rostering and use of Allocate Optima.
• Configure systems to meet department requirements.
