Role Summary
As a Senior Occupational Health Advisor (OHA), you will use your experience and expertise to support the Clinical Performance Manager in delivering excellent clinical services and achieving business objectives.
This is a varied role combining case management, health surveillance, and clinic work, alongside line management responsibilities for a multidisciplinary team of three Occupational Health Technicians, an Occupational Health Advisor, a Physiotherapist, and Mental Health Advisor's.
Working closely with the Clinical Performance Manager, you may also support activities such as clinical audits, medical helpdesks, call listening, and mentoring team members. The role offers plenty of variety, including opportunities to get involved in projects and service development initiatives.
