Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated locality-facing support, training and expertise to enable managers and teams to use the e-rostering system confidently and effectively.
• Build strong, trusted working relationships across localities and services to ensure rostering supports safe staffing and compliance.
• Analyse roster performance and identify improvement opportunities to enhance workforce utilisation and roster efficiency.
• Deliver system training through workshops and coaching, embedding good rostering practice.
• Produce and analyse e-roster reports to inform operational and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor rostering standards and audit data quality to support corrective actions.
