Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a highly analytical Resource Planning Analyst to join the Planning team at Manchester Airport. You will ensure the operational teams have the right people with the right skills, in the right place at the right time, using data, forecasting and workforce planning to support performance and cost efficiency.

You'll create passenger demand forecasts, develop rostering solutions, analyse workforce utilisation and provide insights to support strategic decisions, acting

Qualifications

• Experience in planning within a large-scale operational environment.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting and workforce optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing short and medium-term passenger demand forecasts.
• Developing resource deployment plans and colleague rostering solutions.
• Monitoring workforce utilisation and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
• Supporting resource modelling and budget planning activities.
• Producing data analysis and management reports that drive operational decisions.
