ABM UK is seeking a Customer Service Agent at Manchester Airport to assist passengers requiring special assistance throughout their airport journey. The role operates a 4 on 2 off shift pattern with a 40-hour week; earliest start is 4am, so eligibility to start at 4am is required.

The pay rate is £13.31 per hour, and DBS clearance plus five years of references are mandatory. Key duties include escorting passengers, updating control teams during disruptions, handling security and immigration

Qualificações

• Relevant customer service or frontline experience is preferred.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must pass DBS check and provide 5 years of references.

Responsabilidades

• Collect passengers from their arrival point at the airport to escort them through security, passport control and onwards to their boarding gate.
• Ensure wheelchairs are replenished and well distributed throughout the terminals and storage points.
• Collect arriving passengers from the aircraft and guide them through immigration, passport control and to baggage hall and onward travel needs.
• Greet passengers, assess required assistance, explain procedures and prepare them for airport procedures.
• Assist passengers transferring flights and liaise with control/supervisor teams during delays or disruptions.
• Record progress using the Personal Digital Assistant and manage all issued company equipment.
