Job summary

ABM at Stansted Airport is seeking a Passenger Driver to transfer passengers with assistance needs between aircraft and the terminal. You will drive a range of vehicles, from minibuses to larger units, with full training provided. The role requires a full UK driving licence with D1 and strong customer service skills.

Shifts follow a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern, totaling 40 hours per week, with pay starting at £16.48 per hour and increasing to £17.13 per hour from 1 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Drive ABM vehicles safely near aircraft and terminal
• Escort passengers with assistance to and from aircraft
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues
• Assist passengers onto seats or into vehicles using proper techniques
• Provide CSA duties when required
• Maintain clean, reliable vehicles
