The Best Connection are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington, with start dates in September & October 2026!

You'll be the voice of DHL, helping customers with confidence, care and expertise to create a great experience and solve problems on every call. This ongoing, temporary role offers 37.5 hours weekly with paid overtime and structured training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
• Ability to deliver quality service and first-time resolution.
• Genuine care for customers and strong communication.
