easyJet holidays in Luton is seeking a Service Support Analyst for Airline Operations Platforms. You’ll support systems that enable the flying programme and work with operations, tech teams, and suppliers to ensure availability and reliability.

The role involves incident resolution, system administration, configuration management and change delivery, with occasional out-of-hours support to cover high-priority incidents across Europe.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Airline Operations systems, ensuring incidents, service requests and change activities are managed effectively.
• Coordinate issue resolution with the Service Desk and third-party providers; keep stakeholders informed during incident lifecycles.
• Guide operational users on system functionality and manage configuration changes; assist with releases, upgrades and project activity.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; participate in out-of-hours support rota for high-priority incidents.
