easyJet is seeking a Service Support Analyst for Airline Operations Platforms in Luton. The role combines service delivery across critical airline systems with close collaboration with operational teams, technology colleagues and suppliers.

You’ll help ensure platforms remain available, reliable and effective to support flights and crews across Europe. You’ll participate in incident resolution, configuration management and change delivery, including an out-of-hours rota for high-priority

Competenze

• Experience supporting business-critical applications within aviation or a similar complex operational environment.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Airline Operations systems, ensuring incidents, service requests and change activities are managed effectively and in line with agreed service levels.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Service Desk and third-party providers, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Guide operational users on system functionality, manage configuration changes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with account administration, system releases, upgrades and project activity.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement; communicate planned changes, outages and disruption clearly.
