Job summary

easyJet is seeking an Operational Support Analyst to join Airline Operations Technology. You will provide day-to-day operational support for critical applications, monitor system health, and assist with testing and readiness checks for new features.

The role includes incident management during P1/P2 events and an out-of-hours on-call rotation. You will work with Product Managers, Technical Specialists and delivery teams to keep data stable, secure and compliant, supporting connected crew, safety

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or operational service management.
• Experience handling P1/P2 incidents and coordinating escalations.
• Strong understanding of cloud software, web apps and live data feeds.
• Experience using monitoring tools or dashboards to track service health.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for applications and data.
• Support response during major incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Triage issues and route hardware or MDM issues to platform teams.
• Monitor health dashboards and data links to catch glitches before impact.
• Assist testing, validation and readiness checks for new features in live ops.
• Manage user access in line with security policies and regulatory standards.
• Produce operational reports and dashboards to track trends and supplier performance.
• Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota for critical incidents.
