easyJet is hiring a SERVICE SUPPORT ANALYST - AIRLINE OPERATIONS PLATFORMS in Luton. This hybrid role focuses on keeping critical systems available and reliable to support flights, crew and operational teams across Europe.

You’ll work with operational teams, tech colleagues and external partners to resolve incidents and deliver changes. The role involves out-of-hours support for high-priority issues and ongoing system administration, documentation, and configuration management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical aviation systems or similar high-availability platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Airline Operations platforms and related systems.
• Coordinate incident resolution, service requests and changes with internal teams and third parties.
• Maintain documentation, manage configurations and assist with releases and upgrades.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
