Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airfreight Customer Service Coordinator to join our Bollore team. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service, proactively monitoring shipments, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of air shipments, resolving issues, and enhancing the customer experience. This is a Monday – Friday role.

Responsibilities
  1. Price, plan, and monitor customer orders from pick-up to delivery with full accuracy and visibility.
  2. Provide solution options for pricing and service levels.
  3. Check and process documentation accurately and timely; update client profiles.
  4. Ensure invoicing and file completion are correct.
  5. Coordinate with operational and support departments.
  6. Build relationships with network partners, third-party suppliers, and carriers to ensure optimal service, practice, and cost control.

Ideal candidates will have multi-modal or significant airfreight experience, with a flexible attitude towards working in a multi-modal environment. Customer focus, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication at all levels are essential. Experience with temperature-controlled shipping and project oversight is desirable.
