Job summary

TUI Airline Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aircraft Transitions to lead end-of-lease redelivery and induction projects across multiple markets, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial protection, and seamless fleet integration. You will coordinate with lessors, OEMs and MROs, managing complex, high-value transitions with influence across teams.

The role requires flexibility for travel and extended periods away from the usual workplace, plus strong commercial and technical judgment

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a Part-CAMO technical role or aircraft fleet management environment.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-value aviation projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Broad knowledge of aircraft maintenance, airworthiness regulations and lease structures.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-of-lease redelivery strategy and process while minimising financial exposure.
• Contribute to aircraft induction projects ensuring regulatory compliance and readiness.
• Build relationships with lessors, lenders, OEMs and MROs representing TUI Group.
• Coordinate cross-functional fleet programs across multiple airlines and markets.
• Develop strategic fleet plans and risk mitigation for long-term transitions.
• Manage transition budgets and provide financial analysis for commercial decisions.
• Drive best practices and maintain transition documentation and airworthiness continuity.
• Identify strategic opportunities to smooth asset transitions.
