Job summary

TUI UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aircraft Transitions to lead planning and delivery of complex transition projects across TUI Airline, ensuring seamless introduction or exit from the fleet while protecting financial and operational outcomes.

You will manage end-of-lease redelivery, coordinate inductions, and build strategic relationships with lessors, OEMs and MROs to represent TUI Group’s interests. Travel to projects may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aviation program delivery and project management.
• Strong stakeholder negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of lease agreements and aircraft operations.

Responsibilities

• You will lead end-of-lease redelivery strategy and compliance while minimising financial exposure.
• You will contribute to aircraft inductions ensuring compliance with technical standards and timelines.
• You will build relationships with lessors, OEMs and MRO providers to represent TUI interests.
• You will coordinate cross-functional fleet programs across multiple airlines and markets.
