Job summary

easyJet holidays in Luton is seeking a Property & Change Project Manager on a 9-month fixed-term contract to lead projects across our European property portfolio—from offices to hangars—delivering safe, on-budget changes.

You’ll work with Facilities Managers, airport authorities, suppliers and internal teams to shape scope, priorities and delivery, combining strong project discipline with a people-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering projects
• Experience in facilities/fit-out projects is beneficial
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities with Facilities Managers and define objectives
• Plan, design and deliver property projects safely and within budgets
• Prepare budgets and reports and keep stakeholders informed
• Review completed projects and develop consistent policies and controls
