Job summary

Gama Aviation Bournemouth is seeking an Aircraft Customer Delivery Manager to ensure aircraft are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the main point of contact for the customer throughout the maintenance process, from planning to release and post-visit follow-up.

In this role you will coordinate with engineering, customer service, and CAMO teams to plan inputs, manage costs and materials, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft production planning.
• Knowledge of Part 145/Part M regulations.
• Ability to create project plans to manage large work volumes.
• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office).
• Customer oriented approach.
• Well organized and responsible.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful periods.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the customer and the interface between engineering/support teams and the customer's representative.
• Plan input planning, coordination for work pack, parts & materials preordering, services and tooling, ensuring resources for successful check completion.
• Utilise Service Edge for approvals related to parts, services and labour estimates.
• Control emergent/unplanned works, communicate with stakeholders, approve cost elements and ensure correct billing.
• Provide regular briefings on project status to engineering and management; track daily progress for updates.
• Participate in quality audit programme and close audit actions.
• Manage budgets within approved limits and address variances.
• Ensure 3rd party cores are observed and returned to retailers on time.
• Support project reporting and governance against KPIs.
• Investigate supplier quality issues including paperwork errors.
• Manage alternative part numbers within Corridor.
• Provide goods receipt support in stores coverage gaps.
• Report SMS/Quality issues.
