Job summary

Signature TechnicAir at Bournemouth Airport is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to coordinate aircraft maintenance inputs and support customers through maintenance events. You will ensure clear communication between engineering teams, supervisors and external stakeholders to deliver a safe and compliant service experience.

You will liaise with regulators, manage AOG needs, provide timely updates, and prepare costed status reports while maintaining documentation and data entry

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within aviation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret technical information for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during maintenance inputs and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activities across base and line operations.
• Liaise with MSU Supervisors, engineering teams, manufacturer reps and regulators as needed.
• Manage AOG requirements, onsite and remote, ensuring rapid response.
• Prepare daily status reports with progress updates and cost information.
• Create and maintain work packs, work orders and maintenance documentation.
