Job summary

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part 66 licence B1 or B2 with C rating.
• Minimum of aircraft maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering and safety briefings.
• Manage and coordinate engineering teams across the shift.
• Drive productivity and allocate resources effectively.
• Own aircraft maintenance delivery targets and escalate risks.
• Act as key contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of multiple maintenance inputs.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and HSE compliance.
• Monitor productivity and time booking accuracy; lead shift handovers.
• Support performance management and development of engineering personnel.
• Promote a safety-focused culture across the hangar.
