Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is recruiting a Tooling Coordinator in Engineering based at Leeds Bradford Airport. You will support the Tooling Support team, ensuring the Right Tool, Right Place, Right Time through data insight and collaborative processes.

The role involves coordinating training (ELMS), maintaining records, liaising with suppliers, and managing tooling logistics to keep operations smooth and compliant. This is a hands-on, varied position within a renowned leisure airline.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse tooling data and generate insights.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and reporting to support tooling projects, budgets and operational decisions.
• Maintain accurate records for training, authorisations and compliance, coordinating renewals where needed.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support tooling activity and vendor performance.
• Support training coordination, including booking courses and updating ELMS records.
• Monitor and manage Technical Assist requests, ensuring timely updates and closure.
• Produce insights on tooling performance (usage trends, shelf life, stock checks).
• Coordinate team administration, including roster oversight, inductions and HR support.
• Manage logistics such as vehicle servicing, medical bookings and consumable stock levels.
• Review and process invoices and support general departmental administration.
