Right Now Group are recruiting an Air Export Clerk to join our Sunbury-based team. The role focuses on handling air export shipments, managing entries, quotations and bookings, and guiding colleagues as the exports function grows in-house.

You will work closely with customers, warehouses and customs officials, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to cost charging, ERTS processes and training others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years Air Export experience required.
• Ability to handle quotations, bookings and full import processes.
• Knowledge of Sequoia and NCTS systems desirable.
• Break-bulk experience advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of mentoring others.

Responsabilités

• Manage and complete export files to company standards.

• Handle export entries and ensure regulatory compliance.

Right Now Group are recruiting for an Export Clerk to join a leading freight forwarder based in Sunbury

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Export Clerk who is confident in handling Air Exports and capable of training and developing others as the company looks to bring their import function fully in-house.

Key Responsibilities - Air Export Clerk

• Manage and complete Export files to required company standards


• Monitor and action export-related emails in a timely manner


• Handle export entries and ensure regulatory compliance


• Issue import quotations and take bookings directly with customers


• Produce collection and delivery notes


• Liaise daily with customers, warehouses, and customs officials to ensure smooth operations


• Manage ERTS (Enhanced Remote Transit Shed) processes


• Check, calculate, and charge storage costs accurately


• Oversee charging and costing of export jobs


• Provide support, guidance, and training to colleagues on export processes

Key Requirements - Air Export Clerk

• Minimum 2-3 years' Air Export experience (essential)


• Ability to handle quotations, bookings, and full import processes independently


• Knowledge of Sequoia and NCTS systems desirable


• Break-bulk experience advantageous


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure


• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of mentoring others

What's On Offer - Air Export Clerk

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)


• Shift: Monday - Friday


• Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
