Job summary

Right Now Group are recruiting an Air Export Clerk to join our Sunbury-based team. The role focuses on handling air export shipments, managing entries, quotations and bookings, and guiding colleagues as the exports function grows in-house.

You will work closely with customers, warehouses and customs officials, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to cost charging, ERTS processes and training others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years Air Export experience required.
• Ability to handle quotations, bookings and full import processes.
• Knowledge of Sequoia and NCTS systems desirable.
• Break-bulk experience advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete export files to company standards.
• Monitor and action export-related emails promptly.
• Handle export entries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Issue import quotations and take bookings directly with customers.
• Produce collection and delivery notes.
• Liaise daily with customers, warehouses and customs officials.
• Manage ERTS processes.
• Check, calculate and charge storage costs accurately.
• Oversee charging and costing of export jobs.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on export processes.
