Infinity Resource Solutions in Leicestershire is recruiting an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer for mostly local work within the East Midlands. Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch; 42.5-hour week; engineers drive their own vehicles and have a dedicated van.

There is no on-call rota and no out-of-hours calls; 99.2% of customers are within Leicestershire (≤30 minutes). The package includes £35k–£45k per year, Xmas bonus, overtime rate on Saturdays, 28 days holiday, and uniform.

Qualifications

• 3 years of A/C installation experience
• F-gas Cat 1 qualification
• Live within 30-40 minutes of Leicestershire
• Driving licence (max 6 points)
• Clean DBS

Responsibilities

• Install and commission air conditioning systems at customer sites in Leicestershire.
• Carry out testing and handover with customers, performing basic fault finding when needed.
• Manage own time to meet daily targets; operate with a provided van and company tools.
• Ensure compliance with F-gas regulations and health & safety standards.

Working Hours & Location

• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with 30‑minute lunch
• 42.5‑hour week; 80 % of the time on lunch break at home by 5 pm
• 99.2 % of customers within Leicestershire (≤ 30 min travel)
• Engineers drive from own vehicles and have dedicated van provided for the day
• No on‑call rotas, no out‑of‑hours calls
• No work in London or outside the East Midlands
