Job summary

The Thrive Hive is seeking an experienced air conditioning engineer to install and commission domestic and commercial systems across Surrey and surrounding counties. You will deliver a top-tier customer experience from start to finish and uphold the company’s high workmanship standards.

Salary up to £50,000 per year depending on experience, with an annual bonus, company van and fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience installing split, multi-split and commercial air conditioning systems.
• A full UK driving licence.

Experience with leading manufacturer equipment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
