Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our team for projects across Central London and surrounding areas. The role focuses on installing high-quality commercial systems with opportunities for progression into supervisory or senior positions.

You will install split and VRV/VRF systems, read installation drawings, and maintain health and safety standards while mentoring an apprentice and contributing to ongoing company growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
• F-Gas Certification required.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong installation background for commercial systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Installation of split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and other commercial air conditioning systems.
• Occasional planned maintenance and servicing.
• Reading and interpreting drawings and installation specifications.
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations.
• Liaising professionally with clients, site managers and other trades.
• Mentoring and training an apprentice on-site.

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a growing business with genuine opportunities to progress?

Due to continued expansion and an increasing workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company working on a variety of commercial projects across Central London.

The Role

The position will primarily focus on the installation of air conditioning systems, with occasional planned maintenance work when required. You'll be working on high-quality commercial projects while playing a key role in the company's continued growth.

As the business expands, there will be opportunities to progress into supervisory or senior positions. You will also be given the opportunity to mentor and train an apprentice, helping develop the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
