Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. has a Cambridge-based Air Conditioning Engineer role focused on service and maintenance across client sites. You will carry out scheduled maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems and report findings to a central office.

The role involves fault finding, on-site repairs, and updating asset lists. Applicants should hold FGas, NVQ Level 2, and ideally PASMA/IPAF, plus a valid driving licence; company vehicle provided and door-to-door pay.

Qualifications

• FGas qualification required.
• Full driving licence required.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• PASMA qualification preferred.
• IPAF qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled planned maintenance visits and servicing.
• Work on split units, VRF/VRVs, twin and multisp splits, chillers.
• Fault find, diagnose, isolate and repair on site.
• Update asset lists to keep the contract running smoothly.
• Quote for remedial works and small projects.
• Submit detailed engineering reports to the office and clients.

My client who is a very well-established Building Services provider is looking to add an Air Conditioning Engineer to their existing team.

The Role:

Visiting client sites in order to carry out scheduled planned maintenance visits and servicing.

Working on a variety of air conditioning units including split units, VRF`s, VRV`s, twin and multi-splits, chillers, and more

Building on existing and creating new relationships with clients on-site

Carry out reactive maintenance visits where you will need to fault find, diagnose isolate and repair.

Updating, renewing, and correcting asset lists to ensure that the contract will run smoothly moving forward.

Helping to quote for remedial works and other small projects.

Delivering remedial works and other small projects

Submitting detailed engineering reports to ensure the office team are able to communicate clearly with the client.

Qualifications:

• FGas
• Driving licence
• NVQ Level 2
• PASMA (ideal but not essential)
• IPAF (ideal but not essential)
