Job summary

TRC Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Northampton team. You will install, diagnose, repair and service domestic and commercial air conditioning systems, working independently and occasionally leading others.

Based near Northampton, you will hold an F-Gas Category 1 certification, a UK driving licence, and demonstrate the ability to manage jobs safely and professionally while delivering high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• Proven experience installing, diagnosing, repairing and servicing air conditioning systems.
• Experience with both domestic and commercial air conditioning.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems in domestic and commercial properties.
• Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repairs.
• Carry out repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot air conditioning systems efficiently and professionally.
• Lead and manage other engineers as required.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high professional standard.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Travel to customer sites, generally within approximately one hour of our Northampton base.
• Maintain and take appropriate care of the company vehicle, equipment and tools provided.
