Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer based in Northampton for service and maintenance across client sites. You will perform planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repair on a range of air conditioning systems.

The role offers a salary up to £47,000, a company vehicle, door-to-door travel, 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays, overtime, and ongoing training opportunities. A valid FGas cert, NVQ Level 2, and a driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting client sites to carry out scheduled planned maintenance and servicing.
• Work on a variety of air conditioning units including split units, VRF/VRV, twin and multi-splits, chillers, and more.
• Build on existing and create new relationships with clients on-site.
• Carry out reactive maintenance visits to fault find, diagnose, isolate and repair.
• Update asset lists to ensure smooth contract operation.
• Assist in quoting for remedial works and other small projects.
• Deliver remedial works and other small projects.
• Submit detailed engineering reports to keep the office team informed for client communication.

My client who is a very well-established Building Services provider is looking to add an Air Conditioning Engineer to their existing team.

The Role

Visiting client sites in order to carry out scheduled planned maintenance visits and servicing.

Working on a variety of air conditioning units including split units, VRF`s, VRV`s, twin and multi-splits, chillers, and more

Building on existing and creating new relationships with clients on-site

Carry out reactive maintenance visits where you will need to fault find, diagnose isolate and repair.

Updating, renewing, and correcting asset lists to ensure that the contract will run smoothly moving forward.

Helping to quote for remedial works and other small projects.

Delivering remedial works and other small projects

Submitting detailed engineering reports to ensure the office team are able to communicate clearly with the client.
