Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Northampton and surrounding sites. You will carry out maintenance visits on a range of air conditioning units, fault-find, and provide clear reports.

Role includes a company vehicle, door-to-door pay, and holiday entitlement. Overtime and training investments are available to support professional development.

Qualifications

• FGas certification is required.
• A valid driving licence is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant mechanical/electrical field.
• PASMA and IPAF are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites for planned maintenance visits and servicing.
• Work on split systems, VRFs/VRVs, multi-splits, and chillers.
• Build and maintain client relationships on-site.
• Fault find, diagnose, isolate and repair faults during reactive visits.
• Update asset lists and assist with remedial quotes and small projects.
• Submit detailed engineering reports to keep the office informed.

Air Conditioning Engineer

My client who is a very well-established Building Services provider is looking to add an Air Conditioning Engineer to their existing team.

The Role:

Visiting client sites in order to carry out scheduled planned maintenance visits and servicing.

Working on a variety of air conditioning units including split units, VRF`s, VRV`s, twin and multi-splits, chillers, and more

Building on existing and creating new relationships with clients on-site

Carry out reactive maintenance visits where you will need to fault find, diagnose isolate and repair.

Updating, renewing, and correcting asset lists to ensure that the contract will run smoothly moving forward.

Helping to quote for remedial works and other small projects.

Delivering remedial works and other small projects

Submitting detailed engineering reports to ensure the office team are able to communicate clearly with the client.

Qualifications:

• Driving licence
• NVQ Level 2
• PASMA (ideal but not essential)
• IPAF (ideal but not essential)
