Job summary

TXM Recruit are recruiting an HVAC Engineer to join a leading UK facilities company in Milton Keynes (MK9). The role covers weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, with planned and unplanned maintenance and fabric checks throughout the site. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

Salary is £45,565 per year. You may occasionally assist at other client sites in London or Leicester using the pool van. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a 4% bonus, pension, life assurance, funded

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required with up to 6 points.
• F-Gas Cat 1 qualification (2079) required.
• Apprenticeship or qualification in AC/HVAC services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs on commercial HVAC systems and monitor the BMS.
• Diagnostics and fault finding on HVAC equipment.
• Repair cooling units and AHUs.
• Rectify faults in plant rooms.
• Support minor fabric works around the facility.
• Occasional travel to client sites in London or Leicester.

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on one of their high priority clients in Milton Keynes.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 40 hours
• Working hours - 8am to 5pm
• Salary - £45,565/Yr.
• Location - Milton Keynes (MK9)
• Extra - Sometimes you will be asked to use the pool van to help on emergencies in London or Leicester at the clients other sites.

Your duties as an HVAC Engineer will be yet not limited to

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems monitoring the system BMS,
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Repairs to cooling units and AHU's
• Rectifying faults in plant rooms
• Splits, VRF and more.
• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.

Requirements

• Full UK License - 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified (2079)
• Recognized Apprenticeship or Qualified to AC/HVAC Services.
