Job summary

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

You’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site, covering duties from monitoring A/C systems to client updates and compliance.

Qualifications

• Full UK License - 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 - Essential
• Minimum Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (6187) - Essential

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required
• Monitor A/C systems
• Provide regular client updates
• Audit and deliver PPMs and compliance to industry standard
• Actively developing the skillsets and knowledge of our multi-skilled engineers
• Take ownership of air conditioning work orders within your region

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
• Working hours - Between the hours of 7am to 7pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. - This is for emergencies only.
• Salary - £48,812/Yr.
• Location - Surrey and Berkshire areas
• Extra - Overtime available after 45 hours
