Job summary

TXM Recruit are recruiting for an AC Engineer or Maintenance Engineer with a F-Gas qualification to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

Location: Bristol / Cheltenham. Working hours are 7am-4pm, door-to-door pay, 1 in 4 on-call for emergencies. Benefits include a company van, 25 days leave, 4% bonus, pension, life assurance and funded training.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
• F-Gas Cat 1 qualification completed.
• Apprenticeship or formal AC/HVAC qualification.

Responsibilities

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Compressor replacement including brazing.
• Replace 4 port valves.
• Work on VRV systems.
• Provide technical support and reports.
• Carry out AC surveys to diagnose faults.
• Assist with minor fabric work in stores when required.

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an AC Engineer or Maintenance Engineer with a F-Gas qualification to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule -Monday to Friday45 hours
• Workinghours- 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call- 1 in 4 weeks on call. - This is for emergencies only.
• Salary -£42,447 /Yr.
• Location -Bristol /Cheltenham
• Extra -Overtime available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x)

Your duties will be yet not limited to

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Experience in changing a compressor which includes brazing
• Experience in Replacing 4 port valves
• Experience on VRV Systems
• Technical Support
• Technical Reports
• AC Surveys to diagnose faults
• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the stores if ever required.

Requirements

• Full UK License - 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
• Recognized Apprenticeship or Qualified to AC/HVAC Services.
