Job summary

TXM Recruit is recruiting an HVAC Engineer to work for a leading facilities company in Milton Keynes. The role covers weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, plus planned and unplanned maintenance and general fabric checks around the facility.

The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 8am–5pm, with a salary of £45,565 per year. Occasional travel to assist at other sites in London or Leicester may be required. A strong benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• F-Gas Cat 1 qualification (2079) required.
• Recognized apprenticeship or qualification to AC/HVAC services.

Responsibilities

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems monitoring the system BMS.
• Diagnostics and fault finding.
• Repairs to cooling units and AHU s.
• Rectifying faults in plant rooms.
• Splits, VRF and more.
• Support with minor fabric work within the facility.

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on one of their high priority clients in Milton Keynes. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 40 hours
• Working hours 8am to 5pm
• Salary - £45,565/Yr.
• Location Milton Keynes (MK9)
• Extra Sometimes you will be asked to use the pool van to help on emergencies in London or Leicester at the clients other sites.

Your duties as an HVAC Engineer will be yet not limited to

• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.
