Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a HVAC Specialist to support and maintain HVAC and hot water systems across commercial contracts. The role is hybrid—travel to client sites in North London and remote triage support, with a company van provided.

You will audit PPMs, monitor systems, and have access to a training academy and funded programs. A 4% bonus and pension scheme are included along with travel time pay benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience required.
• F-Gas qualification required.
• Awareness of BMS control systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to mobile field team remotely and on-site.
• Perform remote triage of HVAC systems.
• Monitor HVAC systems for performance and faults.
• Audit PPMs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Overtime with enhanced rates when applicable.

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a HVAC Specialist to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

In this hybrid role, you will be on the road visiting clients' sites as well as providing remote triage support, ensuring that HVAC and Hot Water systems are being maintained to the highest standards.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. - This is for emergencies only.
• Location - North London

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to our mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required
• Remote triage of HVAC
• Monitoring HVAC systems
• Auditing PPMs and compliance to industry standard
• Door-to-door pay for travel time.
