Job summary

Smart Search Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to cover commercial and industrial sites across London and surrounding areas. You will perform PPM, servicing, fault finding, repairs and small works on VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers, AHUs, cold rooms and ventilation systems.

The role involves on-call duty on a 1-in-4 rota with a company van, tools, and mobile phone provided. A UK driving licence and relevant F-Gas/NVQ qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 (City & Guilds 2079) certification is required.
• Level 2/3 NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
• Solid commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover commercial and industrial sites across London and surrounding areas with PPM, servicing, fault finding, repairs and small works.
• Work on VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers, AHUs, cold rooms and ventilation/heating systems.
• Handle on-call duties on a 1-in-4 rota and travel to sites with a company vehicle.

• £40,000-£50,000 basic salary
